We have a recurring need for the following positions:
Test Development Engineers
- BSEE/BSEET degree
- Expertise in hardware design and/or software development
- Familiarity with avionics/electronics design, operation, and test
- Versed in serial data communication protocols
- Knowledgeable of digital/analog/RF/vision/motion systems
- Ability to perform rapid system development and integration
- Proficient with LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, LabWindows/CVI, and other modern programming languages
- Previous ATE/Test Program development experience a plus
Electronic Assemblers
-
Interpret technical documents
-
Follow verbal and written instructions
-
Communicate with engineers and other coworkers
-
Electrical and mechanical assembly in accordance with technical
documentation and company standards
-
Set up and operation of automatic equipment, power tools, and hand tools
-
Maintain assembly documentation
-
Conduct quality inspections on product, including measurement and
documentation of electrical and fluidic values (resistance, continuity,
pressure, etc.)
-
Troubleshooting assembly issues and perform rework as needed
-
Maintaining neat and organized workspaces
-
Clean parts and assist with packaging product for shipment
- Physical Requirements include:
-
Use of both hands for repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions
-
Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds a few times
per shift

Walking, standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling, twisting, bending,
and reaching
- Education and Experience Requirements
-
High School Diploma/GED
-
Minimum 1 year of electronic assembly experience (5+ preferred)
using the following skills
-
Wire/Cable Harness Assembly
-
Electronic Enclosure Assembly
-
Knowledge of ISO9001, quality standards and ESD-safe procedures
-
Attention to detail
-
Team player
-
Results oriented
- Skills Required:
-
Read and understand technical documentation
-
Mechanical Assembly Drawings
-
Electrical Drawings/Schematics
-
Work instructions, bills of materials, and procedures
-
Strong computer skills
-
Good numeric skills
-
Electrical assembly, including but not limited to:
- Wire cutting and stripping
- Crimping (both machined and stamped contacts)
- Cable sleeving
- Solder splicing
- Heat Application (heat shrink, solder sleeves, etc.)
- Solder cup termination
- Multimeter reading
- Wiring routing
- Connector contact insertion (both machined and stamped contacts)
- Application of small quantities of solvents & chemicals

Mechanical assembly, including but not limited to:
- Installation of threaded fasteners
- Drilling, tapping, filing, and cutting of metal and plastics
- Preferred:
-
IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and/or J-STD-001 certifications
-
Experience operating automated test or data acquisition systems
-
Ability to read and understand fluidic diagrams
-
Fluidic pipe and tube assembly (NPT, BSPP, push-to-connect, barbed
fittings, etc.)
-
Application of epoxy and/or paint
-
Installation of PEM nuts, PEM studs, or other press-fit parts
-
Willingness to travel, occasionally (up to 10% of the working year)
-
Use of calipers and micrometers
-
PCA soldering
-
Precision soldering under a microscope
